Mold found after boiler leaked through basement

This home was vacant and the owner was in Colorado when his realtor advised there was a water leak and mold was now growing. We worked with the client and sent video showing the progress and what was affected so they were kept in the loop. We removed all affected areas and cleaned to make sure it was safe. Home was for sale and now it will be safe for the new family that buys it and makes many memories in it. There are no hidden items that could harm the family anymore. Making it "Like it never even happened".
