When it comes to our business even one day out of operation can be detrimental. Our customers are our livelihood and they can be loyal and amazing people. But if you are unable to service them they will go elsewhere and there is no guarantee they will come back. It takes a lot to secure a customer and keep them coming back. But when a emergency situation such as a fire or water loss or a car hits your building ( it happens ) and you must close it is very scary. Where will your customers go to get what they need. How long will you be closed and will you need to temporarily move your business. This is a scary time but that is where we excel.
