Laundry room heavily affected by a puffback

Lately we have had a number of claims for what what is commonly referred to as a puff back. What is a puff back you ask. Well it comes from oil fired boilers that are having some form of issue. What happens is the boiler is not burning off all of the fuel being sprayed into it. then over time it builds up and basically explodes in the chamber causing soot and smoke to be pushed through the entire home. This can be avoided by simply making sure it is serviced regularly. However if you have this issue DO NO try to clean it yourself. We use special techniques and chemicals to clean it.
