Dover Water and Mold Cleanup and Restoration

The broken feed line to the washing machine flooded the floor of this Dover home with a large amount of water. Mopping up the floor and thinking everything is okay is a typical response to a homeowner. However, the moisture in the wall cavity allowed mold to develop as shown in the Before Photo. We must cut out the sheetrock to the two-foot mark to allow for a contractor to easily install the new board. The air mover and the dehumidifier are ensuring that the affected water and mold area is completely dry to standard levels to prevent future mold infestations along with applying a mold inhibitor.
